Abstract

|
The Nine Category of the Great Rule(ûóÛôÎúñÂ) is the textbook ruling the oldest ancient Korea since the building of the state. The Nine Category of the Great Rule(ûóÛôÎúñÂ) as the textbook which controls the world was constructed as well as the ideology of the state-building as the Hongikingan(ûðìÌìÑÊà: extension of human wellfare) and Jaeseliwha(î¤á¦ìµûù: ruling of reason in life).
The letter of Hong(ûó) is the greatness. The letter of Beom(Ûô) is the norm. In other words, it means the greatest natural law which manage the state and nation.
Accordingly, the political thoughts of the Nine Category of the Great Rule(ûóÛôÎúñÂ) that was the oldest antient Korea can be ideology of neo-humanism, neo-nationalism, neo-democracy, and neo-worldism which has to be foundation of peaceful unification of Korean nation. This ideology has to be highly developed into the democracy of the absolute ego by the unity between material and moral, and integrity between mind and body.
This ideology is the nationalist political thought for the Korean unification based on new democracy by the integration between communism and liberalism with the principle grounded on unification of the contrasting things. Therefore this political thought declares the human-centered democracy and the democracy transforming body into a nature adapting to the human nature.
Finally, we have to accomplish the dream of the Greatest Oriental State(ÓÞÔÔÛ°ÏÐ) which we are dreaming the utopia since then 10thousand years.
Corporate management theories based on modern knowledge management and practices have the clear limitations, if not impossible, in solving the critical issues of humanity deprivation in the modern society, overlooking life values, environment destruction, endless life and death survival business practices without continuous efforts for pursuing the cooperative common goods and developing the spirit culture for global business, technology and continuously sustainable prosperity for mankind and all living creatures in the globe. I would like now to create and show clearly an alternative academic field and ways and means to recover the genuine humanity and spirit management and thus to solve problems people and organizations encounter in routine lives. The new academic field and concepts, definitions, philosophy, theories and methodologies that I would like to introduce is the Management Of AllSelves¡¯ Enlightenment and Empowerment (here after MOSEE)
